2-3 years of experience as a BARISTA in a contemporary full-service restaurant or coffee bar with a manually calibrated espresso machine A commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience Following standards including steps of service, food safety and sanitation, knowledge of our menu and providing hospitable and accurate service Address problems quickly and have a knack for turning tough situations into positive outcomes Understand our technologies and care about accuracy - (POS Toast, Open Table, Hot Schedules) Have an active ServSafe Food Safety Certificate Have a flexible schedule and open availability Follow us on Instagram @ lifesuperba We will consider for employment all qualified Applicants, including those with Criminal Histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws, including the City of Los Angeles' Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance.
