Energetic retail associates are to maintain the best customer experience at all time through valued service and product knowledge.
You will be responsible for welcoming our patients, ensuring they are cared for and treating them with respect and Educate & Sale.
Our Customerservice team members evaluate the needs of our patients and offer advice depending on their needs, our variety of products and their effects.
Ability to work in a group but is self responsible for their overall performance.
Responsibilities:
Greet every customer who enters the store with a smile Demonstrate excellent customer service creating a welcoming environment Give new customers a tour of the all options on the beach including where/what product we carry what the intended use to maximize their overall experience.
Assist patients with selecting the products most appropriate for their needs Communicate daily specials to customers Stay educated on new and existing product knowledge Keep display cases clean, ensuring all product is represented in display cases and is organized Keep areas clear of all trash Communicate to Manager when; Extra change is needed, or Barcodes are not scanning, or The last of a product has been sold or any other important issue small too big.
Ask for help when needed (cumulating, discounts, etc) Contribute to marketing communications Act as an ambassador of the shop Maintain professionalism in your appearance, attitude and verbal communications Must be available to arrive for work on time.

30AM-8PM MUST live near or have quality vehicle with close commute to work here.
Location Venice Beach Boardwalk.
Requirements:
Outstanding customer service and store products and effects.
Sales techniques and proven sales! Must be able to stand for an extended period of time Ability to take instruction easily = Listening Skills Familiarity with Social Media networking / operations is a PLUS.
