The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable experience.
Additionally, the Host/Server will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all orders are accurate and served in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and take orders.
Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner.
Answer customer questions about menu items and specials.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Ensure that all customer orders are accurate and complete.
Provide excellent customer service.
Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately.
