Qualifications 3-5 years of previous General Manager experience in a chef driven, contemporary, full-service restaurant Focus on the details including steps of service, cleanliness, hospitality, food safety and team morale and productivity Fix problems quickly and be able to turn a bad situation into a great one Understand our technologies and care about accuracy - (POS, Excel, Word, Ctuit, Hot Schedules) Understand and analyze the P&L and course correct as needed A flexible schedule is required including mornings, nights, weekends, holidays We offer $105,000 - $115,000 Medical, dental, vision and life insurance, 401 (k) 2 weeks paid vacation in first year, 3 weeks after 3 years Company Dining Program Professional development and career advancement opportunities Follow us on Instagram:
