We are looking for a Personal Assistant to help two technology founders.
You will help with the founders with their professional and personal lives.
Example duties include:
- acquire furniture for the new office & decorate accordingly - manage office on an ongoing basis - hire & manage service providers to fix things around the founders' homes - plan events for team - walk office pets, make & manage appointments - manage employee travel We're looking for someone that's highly creative and self-motivated.
You should be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and figuring out how to solve problems autonomously.
Hours are flexible -- you can largely plan them yourself based on personal and team needs.
