Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Retail Associate to join our team.
This role involves:
Opening the shop and following detailed opening procedures.
Assisting customers in selecting products and handling cash register operations.
Learning and executing closing procedures and shift handover processes.
Keeping the shop tidy and assisting with shelf restocking as directed by management.
Handling fragile and pricey items with care and responsibility.
Managing challenging clients and situations effectively.
Employees may be required to work shifts at different Headstock locations as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to work set shifts (9 AM to 4 PM or 4 PM to 10 PM, with some exceptions).
Basic knowledge of cannabis consumption is a plus.
Retail and customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.
Positive attitude and ability to work well with colleagues and management.
