Multi-Site Leasing Consultant
Leasing Consultant who is assigned to work at one or more communities as needed.
Responsible for the consumer life cycle including acquisition of consumers, excellent resident service, retention and separation of residents.
Assist management in measuring the effectiveness of marketing programs.
High school education or equivalent.
2 years of related experience.
Ability to ask for the sale and/or strong closing skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers.
