Junior Customer Experience Manager // Your Super - US

Job Description

Successful Berlin-based eComm company, Your Super has listened to its customers and expanded to the US Market.
A small (but strong) team is growing this Superfood brand success....do you have the SUPER skills to help take us to the next level?

We are a young, fun and fast-moving start-up based making healthy eating easier by providing natural, organic and delicious products.
After closing our US Seed financing round we are looking to scale our brand in the US. You have the chance to join the founding team early and become a crucial part of our success story.

As a Junior Customer Experience Manager, you will be have the chance to work side by side to the founders and executive team. An opportunity unparalleled in this space.


  • Daily customer service tasks (phone, email, social)

  • Social Media engagement with customers

  • Data collection and occasional customer calling for nutritional advice

  • Maintaining existing partnerships and growing new ones (Fun!)

  • Owning customer relationships (and building new ones!)

  • Anything you want (what's awesome about an early-stage start-up is you can essentially create your own role as long as your core responsibilities are taken care of!)


  • Awesome attitude and hustle (We work hard but we are smiling and sometimes dancing while we do so)

  • Excellent communication skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
