Compensation Manager

Drive Bird's compensation philosophy, design and deliver programs company-wide
Build and maintain relationships with People Partners and business leaders on compensation program evolution and new initiatives
Stay on top of best practices and industry trends
Perform analysis on effectiveness, competitiveness and fairness of existing programs
Build compensation-related training to hiring managers
Hire, train and develop a compensation analyst
Consult on new hire offer packages to ensure alignment to market and internal teams
Design and maintain effective compensation governance company wide
What You'll Need:
BA/BS in related field
5+ years of experience in compensation consulting
Ability to influence and develop strong cross-functional working relationships
Strong project management skills
Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
Excel mastery

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
