People Strategy Specialist

Provide exceptional support to the New Hire Onboarding Program, including logistics coordination, training material upkeep, and creating a welcoming and exciting experience for all fledglings
Ensure all training materials remain up-to-date with current, relevant content.
Create supporting documents to accompany trainings and programs (as needed).
Assist with the collection, compilation and analysis of departmental metrics, data, and survey results on an ongoing basis and for a quarterly update (i.e Onboarding Survey, etc.)
Maintain tracking system for company-wide trainings and events -- measuring attendance and value.
Track, distribute, and provide budget and usage updates related to employee engagement & recognition programs.
Support and assist the Engagement lead on cultural initiatives .
In partnership with the Internal Communications lead, raise internal awareness about talent and engagement offerings to garner participation
Assist in the creation of presentations, reports, one-sheets and other internal communications.
Coordinate with Talent and Engagement leads to confirm topics that need to be covered and schedule with required attendees utilizing appropriate tools (booking rooms, zoom, etc).
What You'll Need
1-2 years of program and/or project management experience in training, engagement, HR, OD or related discipline.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient public speaking skills
Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities
Professional and able to exercise a strong level of judgment
Comfort with ambiguity, uncertainty, and a dynamic business landscape

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
