What We Expect: Attract the best technical talent from around the country for roles in all Credit Karma locations Meet and exceed recruiting metrics (offers, hires, candidateexperience) Strong focus on sourcing to create a passive funnel of talent using various tools Recommend new strategies and resources for finding and attracting technical talent Build trusted and long-term relationships with hiring managers Develop strategic job plans for their requisitions and coach them on hiring best practices Provide a stellar candidateexperience and develop strong relationships with candidates Attend local networking events to promote the Credit Karma talent brand and source technical talent Work with both the San Francisco and Remote teams on continuously improving our talent brand, recruiting processes, and candidateexperience Our Ideal Candidate Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 7+ years of technical recruiting experience including sourcing, preferably with growing technology companies 3+ years in an in-house environment, technology company preferred Proven track record of finding and hiring top software development talent Proven track record of a high close rate Strong and professional written and verbal communication skills Relationship builder/networking extraordinaireHighly organized and efficient

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
