Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Bird is a last-mile electric vehicle sharing company dedicated to bringing safe, low-cost, environmentally-friendly transportation solutions to communities across the world. We provide a fleet of electric, shared scooters that can be accessed via smartphone. Bird is headquartered in Venice, California and is rapidly expanding across the country and the world. As the CustomerRelationship Manager (CRM), you will beresponsible for managing the strategy, planning, content development and execution for marketing initiatives across allCRMchannels. You will be on the front lines helping Bird reach new audiences around the world and acquire new riders. This action-packed role involves testing new functionality, listening to user feedback,troubleshooting bugs, offering solutions, andcollaborating withinternal stakeholders to launch the next bigeventor marketing push. What You'll Do Lead a cross-functional team to establish milestones and develop our CRM roadmap. Champion CRM concepts and capabilities to senior leaders and drive adoption. Manage vendor relationships and keep up to date with new features and functionalities. Realizes the company's promotional marketing plan by targeting relevant messaging to each customer segment, maximizing ROI. Align business processes with customer strategies to build engagement and loyalty. Ensure CRM alignment with PMO governance and standards. Build relationships and lead internal communication to ensure stakeholders are well-informed regarding program objectives, priorities, progress and timelines. What You'll Have Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 5+ years of experience in CRM management. 3+ years of experience for a consumer-facing company. What You'll Need Experience managing a CRM program for a high-growth, consumer technology company. Capable of managing cross-functional product development initiatives. Team player constantly looking to teach and learn from others. Dependable with a track record of excellence in execution. Customer focused (both internal & external) with a thorough understanding of CRM principles and strategies. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Ability to apply marketing technologies stack for customer experience and CRM. Exceptional communication and organizational skills. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
