The lower floor is currently not used as living space, so you will have the entire property to yourself - including the completely fenced in front yard and parking for up to 4 cars. The space has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed each, a bathroom with shower over tub and the open kitchen/dining/living space with access to a large balcony overlooking the front yard towards the walk street.
